Our People & Our Communities

We work hard to hire and retain the most talented and skilled team members to support our clients' needs, but most importantly, we hire great people! Our team members, in turn, are passionate about giving back to their communities, and we believe making a difference includes making a difference in our communities. At AsssetMark, we have been supporting charitable causes and organizations for over 20 years. Through activities like our Community Inspiration Award, Summer of Service, paid volunteer days, corporate partnerships, and employee matching program, we strive to make a difference and empower our employees and clients to do the same. Each year, we aim to donate about one percent of our profits to support causes that positively impact our industry and our communities.

We are also committed to diversity and inclusion. Our people are our strength as an organization, and people of different backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives working together makes us stronger.

In a year of unprecedented change, our team members established three new Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). These employee-led groups are committed to the interests and areas of focus for Women, People of Color and LGBTQ+ in our organization, our industry, and our communities. Each ERG nominates charities and community programs that they determine are aligned with their work. Our Diversity & Inclusion Committee then selects two charities per ERG, and we are proud to make a donation on behalf of our team members to the selected groups.

Strong culture, great people and a commitment to strengthening our communities and our industry makes AssetMark an awesome company, and it is truly an honor and privilege to work with such an amazing group of people!
